MY PATH
I can hardly tell when my own healing journey began. And I guess as long as I live it will never end. I believe that everyone of us has his/her individual issues and very own battle to handle. The one thing we all have in common though is the pursuit of happiness which in its essence defines all of our actions.
I consider myself a very fortunate, rich and fulfilled person but nevertheless I'm also someone who had to overcome a lot of challenges in her life up until now.
They say 'what doesn't break you makes you stronger'. And they are right. Through my own healing journey I managed to turn difficult health and life situations around. And I grew. I excelled at my career. I developed further relationships to other people. I discovered new hobbies. And I learned a lot.
And then, in 2015, circumstances in both my private and professional life made me look into myself more thoroughly. I felt I wanted to do something else with my life. Something more meaningful like giving back to others what I had learned. So I changed.
In my professional life, I made a step I wanted to take since a couple of years and never had the guts for it. I switched from being employed to self-employment, from being a communications manager to some sort of subconscious manager, from being limited to the freedom of unlimited possibilities. That wasn't easy but worth it.
Today, I am more than grateful for this path of mine as it brought me to where I am now: by being a therapist, a healing practitioner I am able to support and help others to achieve whatever they desire. Change is possible. No matter what happens in your life. As long as we live we will always have reasons to either stay stuck or to develop and grow. Why not choose the latter.
My Background
I look back on a 25-years career within the communications, marketing and journalism field which I started during my master studies of history and philosophy in Germany. I held several managerial positions in both the private and public sector in different countries in Europe, Middle East and Far East.
Besides working, I always looked out for other things that I liked to learn as well as gain knowledge of such as psychology, self improvement, law of attraction, public speaking, creative writing or alternative healing methods. I started to attain professional certificates within these fields which enable me to be the kind of therapist I am today.
It was in 2006 when I discovered energy healing and instantly fell in love with it. I read about it, tried out sessions and followed popular figures. I had my first course in energy healing in Siam Reap/Cambodia in 2009, followed by several courses and teachings in Shanghai/China and Ubud/Indonesia. Later on, I had different courses and certificates in different types of energy healing in Cairo/ Egypt, Mallorca/Spain and London/UK. All of that lead me to be a practitioner of sufi energy healing by now.
